Response times depend on your location, traffic, and the nature of the emergency. Our team always prioritises life-threatening cases and aims to respond as swiftly as possible.

Yes. All our paramedics, emergency care assistants, and ambulance drivers are fully trained, registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), and certified in Basic Ambulance Assistance and  Ambulance Emergency Assistant support.

Absolutely. We offer safe and comfortable medical transport for patients who need to travel to or from hospitals, clinics, or rehabilitation centres but do not require emergency care.

Yes. For planned transfers or medical standbys at events, please book at least 24–48 hours in advance by calling 012 549 0119 or emailing admin@fun-cure.co.za

Stay calm. Follow the dispatcher’s instructions, ensure the patient is in a safe position, and keep the area clear for paramedics to access. If possible, prepare any medical information or medication lists for the team.

Yes. We work with most major medical aid schemes. Please have your medical aid card and ID ready when our team arrives. For private patients, we also offer direct payment options.

Costs depend on the distance travelled, level of care required, and type of response (emergency or non-emergency). You’ll receive a detailed breakdown of fees upon request or after service completion.

Where possible, we accommodate special requests, such as a female paramedic. Please inform the dispatcher when you call.

Yes. Our ambulances are fully equipped according to EMS Regulations and staffed by qualified Intermediate Life Support (ILS) paramedics to provide medical care when needed.
